Hilda Design LLC ("GameTape," "we," "us," or "our") operates the GameTape service at gametape.gg. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our macOS application and web dashboard.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (when signing in with Google). We also store your timezone and working schedule preferences.
During onboarding, you provide your professional vision, goals, projects, and working schedule. This information is used to personalize your coaching experience.
When the macOS application is running during your configured work hours, it captures screen content and processes it locally using AI services. Only text-based activity classifications are sent to our servers. Raw screenshots are never uploaded to our servers.

We generate daily debriefs, weekly syntheses, and behavioral pattern insights from your activity data. These are stored to provide continuity in your coaching experience.
Payment information is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never your payment card details.
Screen captures are processed by AI services on your device to generate text-based activity classifications. No screenshot data is stored or retained by third-party AI providers. Only text summaries reach our servers — never images.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for third-party marketing purposes. Your data is not used to train AI models or shared with external services for their own independent use. We share data only with:

We engage trusted service providers to help operate the service, including payment processing, email delivery, and cloud infrastructure. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your data for the purpose of providing services to us on your behalf.
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days. Screenshots on the macOS application are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
